Mobile & Park Homes
The legal definition of a mobile home is the same as that for caravan. Broadly speaking, it covers any structure designed or adapted for people to live in, which is capable of being moved from one place to another (whether it is being towed or being transported by a motor vehicle or trailer) and any motor vehicle so designed or adapted. Designs of mobile units often overlap with similar designs of the holiday chalets, although mobile and park homes are often restricted by a physical size in accordance with the mobile home in law definition.
